Half-Life: Blue Shift es la segunda expansion del popular juego de PC, Half-Life. Fue lanzada el 12 de junio del 2001 incluyendo además la expansion Opposing Force.
El juego es muy corto al tener solo 6 misiones pero todas ellas de gran calidad.
